I replaced my credit card. How do I add a new credit card to my account?

Once you have received your replacement credit card, you will need to login to your Lycos Mail account and follow these steps to add new credit card information. Once you have done this, we advise you to call Customer Service to verify the switch. Our phone number can be found on the Edit Billing page.

1. After you have logged in, click on My Account.

2. Click on Change your Billing Info Here.

3. Click the Create New Credit Card button. Enter your new payment details. Once you have entered all required information, follow the onscreen steps to complete the update of your billing information.
